Manuel Richter is a real enthusiast for digital transformation. After studying in Stuttgart, he soon became part of the LAPP family and joined the Digital Sales division. He finds from his experience directly with the customer: “Among all the chains of digitalisation, it is all about catching the customer with our e-services where they need them – it’s that simple”.
